The City of Hartford Registrars of Voters will hold a registration session for persons wishing to become registered voters for the up-coming General Election that will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
EARLY VOTING: OCTOBER 21 - 31, NOVEMBER 1 - 3.10 am – 6 pm; 8 am – 8 pm on October 29 and 31Your Say. Your Day. Early Voting allows you to vote in person safely and securely before Election Day. The Sustainable Housing Solutions Program provides assistance to homeowners to make improvements to their 1-6 unit properties located in the City of Hartford’s federally designated Promise Zone.
Sustainable Solutions is designed to help low- to moderate-income households take advantage of home improvement loans with low-interest rates (ranging from 0% to 4% depending upon each applicant’s household income level).
