With over 30 yrs experience in Public Safety, including 25 yrs of combined State, Federal and Municipal Law enforcement. He started as an EMT-Paramedic, and holds a BS., CJ Adm. and a MS., in Emergency Mgmt. He has been awarded the Meritorious Service Medal from the CT State Police, and the FBI Directors Cooperative Investigation Award for the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre in Dec 2012.
