Use this request to report all urgent issues with your apartment related to essential services such as lack of heat, hot water, gas or electricity.
Urgent Issues are typically defined as:
- Lack of hot water
- Lack of reasonable amounts of heat, at a minimum of 65 degrees when the outdoor temperature falls below 50 Degrees, except if the tenant has exclusive control of the utility or it is supplied by a direct public utility connection.
- Lack of gas or electricity

Issues related to anything else should be reported as Non-URGENT!
