The City of Hartford Registrars of Voters will hold a registration session for persons wishing to become registered voters for the up-coming General Election that will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The City of Hartford wants to encourage all property owners to take the necessary precautions to protect their home, their family, their businesses and other assets during severe weather.
EARLY VOTING: OCTOBER 21 - 31, NOVEMBER 1 - 3.10 am – 6 pm; 8 am – 8 pm on October 29 and 31Your Say. Your Day. Early Voting allows you to vote in person safely and securely before Election Day. The Leaf Collection Program is designed to allow residents to dispose of fallen leaves prior to the first heavy snowfall. During the Program, residents are asked to identify the disposal options that work best for their household as listed below and follow the zone schedule for collection.
THERE WILL BE NO CURBSIDE COLLECTION OF LOOSE LEAVES.
Tree limbs, branches and other brush debris, tied in 6 ft. sections are collected on normal trash days. No more than three bundles outside of the leaf collection period.
Curbside collection of Brown Leaf Bags will occur on normal trash days during the last week of each month as follows for 2024:
